14k stamped/marked yellow gold cameo that is also stamped "Italy" and with Italian maker hallmarks. This lovely ethereal cameo of genuine blue agate features a young woman with flowing long hair. The cameo is a pin so it can be worn as a brooch and it has a fold away bail so it can also be worn as a pendant. It measures 1 3/8" x 7/8" and weighs 4 grams.

This is a fantastic and unusual 14k antique estate ring. It features a hand carved shell cameo of a girl in high relief. The top of the ring measures 1" north to south and over 3/4" east to west. This ring is a size 6 3/4 and weighs 9.2 grams. When I got the ring last year it had a thin band on it and I have since had it in the jewelers and had a thicker band put on it - as you can see from the photos you cannot even tell that the band was changed - solder marks at all. I also had the rest of the gold polished to its former glory. The cameo itself was untouched since it was and still is in perfect condition without any stress lines, cracks or fractures.
