This is an 18k, stamped 750, cameo that is also stamped with Italian maker hallmarks. This stunning pendant features a hand carved shell cameo surrounded in solid 18k highly polished yellow gold. This cameo has a large bail for wearing on chains and a pin for wearing as a brooch. It measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/16" and weighs 7.8 grams. Please note that the snake chain shown in the photos is not included!

15k stamped/marked yellow gold antique victorian cameo that is hand carved from sardonyx shell. It is bezel set in a lacy gallery of gold with leaf designs at the 3,6,9 and 12 o'clock positions. This fantastic cameo is in perfect condition and does NOT have any stress lines, fractures or cracks. It is signed by the carver on the back and it has a fold down bail and a perfectly working pin mechanism so that it can be worn as a brooch or as a pendant. It measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/8" including the bail and weighs 5 grams. Stunning cameo that dates back to the 1800's.
