We ship every other day, except, Sundays and
holidays. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS "First Class
Mail", with Insurance and "Delivery Confirmation".

you might desire, but there are no guarantees. Our goal is to
ensure your merchandise arrives safely to you and we will use
whatever method we deem necessary in order to achieve this
goal.
Each item comes in a gift box and sufficient
padding is used to ensure your merchandise arrives
undamaged.

We accept PayPal payments and all major credit
cards. All online payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us!

opportunity to cancel your transaction at any time. You will also

Money Orders- We gladly accept money orders.

payment instructions.
Personal Checks- We will accept personal checks,
but the funds must clear our bank before your order will be
shipped. This usually takes 7-10 business days. You must contact
us via EMAIL for
prior approval and payment instructions.
Layaway- Contact
us and we will discuss arrangements.
We will never sell, rent, distribute, disclose,
reveal, give away, leak, throw in the trash or in any other way
compromise personal information we have about you-not
ever! This includes; addresses, telephone numbers, email
addresses, purchase information, or anything else pertaining to
you or your transactions with us. We never have access to any of
your credit card information. PayPal handles that, it does not
concern us. If any of the information we have about you becomes
obselete or is not needed any more, we will shred it!
This is our shredder. It is fully
operational and this is where we will put any information
pertaining to you that is no longer needed.

The little fellow beside the shredder is Clifford.
He oversees all matters relating to privacy and security. He can
be mean, and he will scratch my face off if I should do anything
other than shred private information that is no longer of use to
us. To sum this all up, please rest assured that all
transactions with CatJones Jewelry are safe and
secure.
It is our policy not to accept
returns. It has been our experience that most return requests are
due to buyers remorse. Please ask all questions before you
purchase. At our discretion, however, you may return any item
that is grossly misrepresented. An example of this would be if we
sent an item we stated to be "gold" and it turns out to
be "gold plated". This scenario, is highly
unlikely, however, because all jewelry pieces are thoroughly
tested for gold content before ever being offered to the
public. In this case, we would require a written
evaluation from a reputable jeweler. The evalutation should be on
the jeweler's letterhead containing a contact telephone
number. Our policy regarding returns is not inflexible. If you
are not happy with your purchase, contact us by EMAIL or phone
us at (478) 919-6050. I'm sure we can resolve any problems
you might have. We will consider exchanges and returns for
credit toward other merchandise.
